The Gumball format has no fixed route specified. You can choose any of the multiple possible routes to navigate from start through checkpoints and finish. Hence there is no dedicated medical services provided. All participants are tracked and information is available to their home/support teams to reach out locations in case of breakdowns or emergencies.

What stay facilities are available enroute?

Short answer – None. Long answer – Under Gumball format you are driving round the clock with minimal stops for refueling etc. And these to are coordinated to keep the down time to minimal.
